Don’t Get the People and Prevention
No, it’s not miracle fruits and veggies. It won’t keep you from ever getting sick but it may just help you have a better, longer life with a little kick in your step. People have been asking me if what they’re seeing on TV about fruits and vegetables are what I’m talking about. NO IT IS NOT! The whole food capsules that I’m talking about have been around for 28 years and backed by research. I’m not talking about borrowed research, like these copycat companies, I’m talking about clinical research that’s been done and continues to be done by well-known institutions such as the University of Texas/MD Anderson, Yale University, Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and many others. These are done on humans, they find the patients, draw the blood, follow them, do the study then present their work through the scientific process to a review board. It’s totally independent. Not to mention that it’s NSF certified. What does that mean you ask? Well NSF requires audits of all manufacturing sites, as well as sample of the products that determines that what’s on the label is actually what is in the product. They make sure of the safety of the product which makes it the perfect product for athletes.
So, why take a chance on these copycat companies when you can have the original, the real thing with the whole food nutritional capsules that I have been taking for the past nine years? I have the assurance of a 28 year track record that I am getting the best. Oh, did I mention that these wonderful capsules of whole food nutrition are bioavailable? Not like a vitamin which just ends up in the toilet. This actually is absorbed in your body to help it heal.
This is a quote from Johns Hopkins Medicine “I don’t recommend other supplements,” Appel says. “If you follow a healthy diet, you can get all of the vitamins and minerals you need from food.”
And guess what? My whole food capsules are exactly that – real food, dried at very low temperatures to keep the live enzymes’, then encapsulated in vegan capsules. Can’t go wrong with that.
Here’s to your health!
Cardiovascular Health with Fruits and Vegetables
The power of whole food nutrition never ceases to amaze me. This country is so unhealthy and needs more fruits, vegetables and berries in capsules or chewables as part of their daily intake. Did you know that you need at least 7 to 13 servings a day! This also means a variety. Eating green beans three times a day does not count as three servings. It has to be a variety, preferably raw and needs to be vine-ripened. Can you eat this every day? Do you know anyone who actually does? By the way, have you noticed that when you purchase produce, that most of the time it is not ripened? That’s because it was harvested before it’s time which means that it has already lost over 75% of it’s nutritional value by the time you eat it.
If you would like to know more about flooding your body with the nutrients from 30+ vine-ripened fruits, vegetables and berries encapsulated in whole food capsules or chewables, send me a message and I’ll be happy to talk with you. It is the most thoroughly researched nutritional product on the market. Ask Siri, she’ll tell you. By the way, kids from 4 years of age through college eat FREE through the Healthy Starts for Families program.
