I’ve always heard that a picture is worth a thousand words. What do you think when you see these? Eating whole food, harvested at its peak ripeness to preserve the nutrients is almost non existent today when we are purchasing from the grocery store. The product may have been harvested a month in advance before it’s shipped which means that by the time we eat it, it’s already lost 75% or more of its nutritional value!
That’s why I’m so happy that nine years ago, I found something to help me bridge the gap to make sure that I get my daily dose of nutrition to help me stay healthy. It’s not a miracle pill, it’s whole food. It’s made with real fruits, vegetables and berries. It’s NSF Certified which means that a third party company randomly pulls batches to test for herbicides, pesticides, mold, bacteria… etc. What we say is in the product is exactly what is in the product. No surprises! That’s why so many athletes take it – even some Olympians. It’s safe for everyone. Moms even take it for their prenatal care.
I use to think that “One apple 🍎 a day keeps the doctor away” was just a saying – a quote. A meaningless one at that. But now that I understand the difference between whole food labels and supplement labels it makes sense.
An apple has over 10,000 phytonutrients in it. So when you’re eating whole food, you’re actually eating a little of ALL 10,000 of those nutrients. Compared to a supplement, a few of those have been picked out, isolated and put in a vitamin. This means a person is getting just a few of those 10,000 phytonutrients. Make sense?
Here’s to your health!
