What is your New Year Resolution? I stopped making them, especially the big one – “DIET”. Why set myself up for failure! That’s why I’m so thankful for Shred10. I’ve been shredding for 2 years and in no way have I beat myself up for failing. The Shred is a fun, effective and do-able jump-start to better health. For only 10 days a month (that includes just one weekend) – Anybody can do one weekend! Right? So for 10 days, I focus on clean living and flood my body with whole food nutrition.
