Changing ones diet is not easy but it can be done. You have to want to eat healthy. It is your choice. Everyone has heard "eat your veggies" by eating raw or vegetables there is difference. this video can help you see what to eat cooked or raw but you need to add more fruits and vegetables to get healthy.
